7 Months Old!

Braxton is now 7 months old! I cant believe it! I know that I say this every time but I can NEVER believe how fast time flies! Here is my big boy!

6 Months Old!

(This is me pretending like i am writing this when he was 6 months old. He is now over 7 months old! But im a slacker!)I cant believe Braxton is 6 months old! Time flies so fast! He is getting so big, sitting up on his own, we started solids and he is solely on formula now. I quit pumping....and Im not going to lie. It is pretty nice to not have to be attached to the pump every 4 hours! :) He has really put on weight since he has been on formula and baby food. We are slowly introducing new foods each week. At his 6 month appt he was 16.3 lbs (25%), 27 inches long (70%) and his big ol' noggin is 45.5 (85%). He really is Mr. Personality. He loves to cuddle with Mike on the recliner. I feel like Braxton is going to crawl soon, but maybe not...He wants to move soo bad! He got more immunizations at the doctor but he does ok. Only cries for a minute. We really do just love this guy! He is the best thing we have ever done!

Easter Day 2011

Easter was really nice this year. The weather wasnt supposed to be very great so we didnt plan an Easter Egg Hunt but i bought some eggs and decorating stuff to decorate eggs with all the kids. :) We had both families over to our house to celebrate and it was really really nice! Kade, Porter and Dalton love to hang out so that is always fun for them. The boys played Corn Toss in the backyard while all the ladies hung inside and enjoyed some coffee and made brunch. We had German Pancakes with strawberries, whip cream, and maple syrup, bacon, quiche...Oh man it was soooo good! I cant wait for future Easter Egg Hunts and Braxton can look for eggs! That night we tried Rice Cereal for the first time with Braxton and he was not into it! :)

Today is the day after my very FIRST Mother's Day! I had such a great day spent with my little family! Braxton is almost 6 months old now and yesterday we discovered he has TWO TEETH! We had been watching his two lower teeth for about week now waiting for them to come through and yesterday morning at breakfast we noticed they are out!! He had a couple nights where he had a hard time sleeping, he was a little fussy but nothing bad and BAM! TWO TEETH! He is sitting up all by himself, sitting in his highchair and so far he is eating rice cereal and bananas. This week i think we will tackle come green beans...that should be fun after bananas! :) He is also rolling all the way over and always wants to be on his belly! The minute we put him on his back he rolls right over and pops up on his elbows/hands! We are thinking he will crawl very soon! He is such a sweet sweet baby and I could not imagine not being his Mom! I love being a Mom and watching him grow and learn! I love him so much I cant even put into words how neat this whole Mom thing is! He has an appt for his eczema and his previous problems with formula on Friday with an allergist and he will also be SIX MONTHS OLD on Friday too! My little man is getting so big! :) This is our first attempt at Rice Cereal...Not a fan! :) 4/24/2011

Easter 2011

We got Braxton's and Kade's pictures taken on April 2 for Easter/my Mom's 50th birthday present! They turned out soo cute!! I love how fun Braxton is now and it just keeps getting better! I could not imagine my life without this little guy now.

Kauai 2009-Honeymoon! :)

For our honeymoon we went to Kauai and it was so pretty! I loved the time we spent together there. Eating great food, sleeping, relaxing, exploring the island....

We stayed at the Marriott Resort on the south side of the island, we rented a car for 2 of the days and drove the whole island, we went on a helicopter tour of the island, we ate a lot of food, shopped, went scuba diving (that was the first time i had ever been!!) and met some friends! (whom we still keep in touch with!) I love Kauai and cant wait to go back!! Hopefully soon!

September 17, 2009....Mike and I were married @ Rose Sachs Garden in Salt Lake City, Utah. That place is BEAUTIFUL!! We had such a great time, and we are so thankful to have so many friends and family there to share our day!
